Sometimes going to a church for the first time can be intimidating. We want your experience at Maplewood to be just the opposite. We want you to feel like you’re at HOME. Here are some questions you may have:

1. What do I need to wear? While some people will dress up, most everyone dresses casual (or business casual) on Sunday mornings. Our focus is not about what you wear -- it is more about asking you to come with a willing and open heart. Come ready to experience the presence of the Lord and enjoy the new friends you’ll meet at Maplewood. 2. What time do I need to arrive? We offer Bible Study (Sunday School) at 9:45 am and Worship at 11 am. If you have small children, you may want to arrive a few minutes early in order to get them settled into their classroom. A greeter will be happy to assist you upon your arrival. 3. Where do I need to go once I arrive? You are encouraged to park in our upper parking lot and enter our building through our Narthex. This is the "glass section" located in the center of our buildings. Once inside, you will see our "welcome center" and we ask that you please stop by and let our greeters share with you some helpful material about our church. Please fill out the "informational card" inside the packet and hand it to our Pastor as you leave the worship service. He’ll have something delicious and homemade for you as a token of our appreciation. 4. What about my children? We offer a safe and secure environment for preschoolers and children to study the Bible creatively. Each of our teachers are dedicated to the love and care of each child. During the worship service, we offer a nursery for infants and toddlers. Children are an important part of our ministry at Maplewood. Expect to hear a Christ-centered message from God's word, dynamic music, friendly people and an environment filled with a passion to learn how to serve God by serving the needs of others.
